These terms apply to TeeTwin (the app for golfers), TeeTwin Pro (the app for swing coaches and golf instructors) and teetwin.ai, run by LSTGMove, a company registered in Mauritius ("we"). By creating an account you accept them. Questions: support@teetwin.ai.

1. The service

TeeTwin helps you practise golf. Your phone's camera tracks your body and compares your positions and swings with those recorded by a swing coach of your gender, playing hand and build. You can also book live video lessons with independent golf instructors.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 16 years old and give accurate information.
• You sign in with a code sent to your email: keep access to your email secure. Your account is personal.
• You can delete your account at any time in the app (Account › Delete account).

3. Free week and plans

• After you sign up, TeeTwin is free and complete for 7 days. After that, a paid plan is needed to keep practising; your account, settings and lessons already booked stay available.
• Plans are subscriptions bought and managed through the App Store or Google Play. They renew automatically until you cancel them in your store account settings, and the store's own terms and refund rules apply.

4. Lessons with golf instructors

• Golf instructors are independent professionals, not our employees. They set their own fee, availability and payment details.
• For now, you pay the instructor directly, using the details they give once you book. We do not handle this payment and are not a party to the agreement between you and the instructor. Each month we invoice instructors a commission on the lessons they gave.
• You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before a lesson. After that, the instructor may still ask you to pay.
• Instructors must give the lessons golfers book, or cancel them in the app in good time.

5. Practise safely

Golf and the drills in TeeTwin are physical activities. Warm up, keep a clear space around you (a club swung indoors can hurt people and break things), and stop if you feel pain. The scores and tips in the app are training aids, not medical or professional advice: if you have a health condition or an injury, ask a doctor before practising.

6. Recordings and content

• Swing coaches keep the rights to their recorded positions and swings, and allow us to show them to the golfers paired with them for as long as their account exists.
• TeeTwin, its drills, texts, design and software belong to us or our licensors. You may use them only to practise, through the apps.

7. Respect for others

Do not post offensive, false or unlawful content (for example in reviews or profiles), harass anyone, or misuse or try to break the service. You can report a review or a profile and block a user in the app. We may remove content and suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

8. Availability and liability

We work to keep TeeTwin available and accurate, but we cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free, or that body tracking will be exact. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses, or for lessons, payments or disputes between golfers and instructors. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law.

9. Changes and law

We may update these terms; we will tell you in the apps before important changes apply. These terms are governed by the laws of Mauritius, without taking away the protection of the consumer laws of the country where you live.
