I didn't receive my login code. Check your spam folder, then ask for a new code. Codes expire after 10 minutes.
The camera doesn't see me. Put the phone on the ground, leaning against a wall, 2–3 metres away, with your whole body in the picture and good light. You can switch between the front and back camera in Account › Camera.
I'm not paired with a coach. Calibrate your body first (Account › Body calibration). You are paired with a swing coach of your gender and playing hand as soon as one has recorded the drill.
A lesson with an instructor. Their payment details appear on the lesson once booked. To cancel, open the lesson in the Instructors tab; cancellation is free up to 24 hours before.
My subscription. Plans are managed in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
My data. Delete your body measurements or your whole account in Account. See the privacy policy for everything else.
