Codes expire after 10 minutes.</li>\n  <li><strong>The camera doesn't see me.</strong> Put the phone on the ground, leaning against a wall, 2–3 metres away, with your whole body in the\n    picture and good light. You can switch between the front and back camera in Account › Camera.</li>\n  <li><strong>I'm not paired with a coach.</strong> Calibrate your body first (Account › Body calibration). You are paired with a swing coach of\n    your gender and playing hand as soon as one has recorded the drill.</li>\n  <li><strong>A lesson with an instructor.</strong> Their payment details appear on the lesson once booked. To cancel, open the lesson in the\n    Instructors tab; cancellation is free up to 24 hours before.</li>\n  <li><strong>My subscription.</strong> Plans are managed in your App Store or Google Play account settings.</li>\n  <li><strong>My data.</strong> Delete your body measurements or your whole account in Account. By creating an account you accept them. Questions:\n<a href=\"mailto:support@teetwin.ai\">support@teetwin.ai</a>.</p>\n\n<h3>1. The service</h3>\n<p>TeeTwin helps you practise golf. Your phone's camera tracks your body and compares your positions and swings with those recorded by a\nswing coach of your gender, playing hand and build. You can also book live video lessons with independent golf instructors.</p>\n\n<h3>2. Your account</h3>\n<ul>\n  <li>You must be at least 16 years old and give accurate information.</li>\n  <li>You sign in with a code sent to your email: keep access to your email secure. Your account is personal.</li>\n  <li>You can delete your account at any time in the app (Account › Delete account).</li>\n</ul>\n\n<h3>3. Free week and plans</h3>\n<ul>\n  <li>After you sign up, TeeTwin is free and complete for 7 days. After that, a paid plan is needed to keep practising; your account,\n    settings and lessons already booked stay available.</li>\n  <li>Plans are subscriptions bought and managed through the App Store or Google Play. They renew automatically until you cancel them in your\n    store account settings, and the store's own terms and refund rules apply.</li>\n</ul>\n\n<h3>4. Lessons with golf instructors</h3>\n<ul>\n  <li>Golf instructors are independent professionals, not our employees. They set their own fee, availability and payment details.</li>\n  <li>For now, you pay the instructor directly, using the details they give once you book. We do not handle this payment and are not a party to\n    the agreement between you and the instructor. Each month we invoice instructors a commission on the lessons they gave.</li>\n  <li>You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before a lesson. After that, the instructor may still ask you to pay.</li>\n  <li>Instructors must give the lessons golfers book, or cancel them in the app in good time.</li>\n</ul>\n\n<h3>5. Practise safely</h3>\n<p>Golf and the drills in TeeTwin are physical activities. Warm up, keep a clear space around you (a club swung indoors can hurt people and break\nthings), and stop if you feel pain. The scores and tips in the app are training aids, not medical or professional advice: if you have a health\ncondition or an injury, ask a doctor before practising.</p>\n\n<h3>6. Recordings and content</h3>\n<ul>\n  <li>Swing coaches keep the rights to their recorded positions and swings, and allow us to show them to the golfers paired with them for as\n    long as their account exists.</li>\n  <li>TeeTwin, its drills, texts, design and software belong to us or our licensors. You may use them only to practise, through the apps.</li>\n</ul>\n\n<h3>7. Respect for others</h3>\n<p>Do not post offensive, false or unlawful content (for example in reviews or profiles), harass anyone, or misuse or try to break the service.\nYou can report a review or a profile and block a user in the app. We may remove content and suspend or close accounts that break these terms.</p>\n\n<h3>8. Availability and liability</h3>\n<p>We work to keep TeeTwin available and accurate, but we cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free, or that body tracking will\nbe exact. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses, or for lessons, payments or disputes between golfers and\ninstructors. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law.</p>\n\n<h3>9. Changes and law</h3>\n<p>We may update these terms; we will tell you in the apps before important changes apply. What we collect</h3>\n<ul>\n  <li><strong>Your account:</strong> email address, name and, if you give it, your mobile number; whether you use TeeTwin as a golfer, a swing coach\n    or a golf instructor.</li>\n  <li><strong>Your golf profile:</strong> gender, playing hand, age range, level and handicap if you enter them. Instructors also give their country,\n    time zone, languages, a short description, their availability, time off, lesson fee and currency.</li>\n  <li><strong>Your body measurements (calibration):</strong> seven numbers — the length of your torso, shoulders, upper arm, forearm, thigh and shin,\n    and an estimated height — and the date they were taken. <strong>We never store your picture or a video of you.</strong> The camera image is\n    analysed on your phone and only these numbers are sent to us.</li>\n  <li><strong>Practice:</strong> body tracking runs on your phone. We store only your results — a score for each drill and position, and the date —\n    not the camera picture and not your skeleton.</li>\n  <li><strong>Swing coaches' recordings:</strong> for each swing position, the position of the body's joints, and slow-motion swings as joint positions\n    over time. These are skeletons made of points, not pictures. They are stored with the coach's name.</li>\n  <li><strong>Lessons:</strong> bookings, times, the golfer's note, cancellations, the lesson fee and TeeTwin's commission, the payment details an\n    instructor chooses to show golfers, and the rating and comment a golfer leaves after a lesson. Golfers pay instructors directly: TeeTwin does\n    not process lesson payments or see card details.</li>\n  <li><strong>Safety:</strong> the reviews or profiles you report, and the people you block.</li>\n  <li><strong>Technical data:</strong> our web server keeps standard logs (IP address, time and page requested) for security, for 14 days.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>We do not show advertising, do not use advertising identifiers, do not track you across other apps or websites, and do not sell your data.</p>\n\n<h3>2. Why we use it</h3>\n<ul>\n  <li><strong>To provide the service</strong> you signed up for: your account, your login codes, your drills, routines, scores and progress, and your\n    lessons (booking, cancellation, notifying the other person, and invoicing instructors TeeTwin's commission).</li>\n  <li><strong>To pair each golfer with a swing coach</strong> of the same gender and playing hand, and the closest build (using the body measurements),\n    and to score practice against that coach's recorded positions and swings. You agree to this when you calibrate, and you can withdraw your consent\n    at any time by deleting your measurements.</li>\n  <li><strong>To show golfers the recordings of the coach they are paired with.</strong> Swing coaches agree to this when they calibrate and record.</li>\n  <li><strong>To keep TeeTwin safe:</strong> handling reports, blocking, and preventing fraud and abuse.</li>\n  <li><strong>To answer you</strong> when you write to us.</li>\n</ul>\n\n<h3>3. Who sees it</h3>\n<ul>\n  <li><strong>Other users, only as needed:</strong> golfers see their paired coach's name and recordings; golfers see an instructor's profile, rating and\n    reviews (with the reviewer's first name); an instructor and a golfer see each other's name and the details of the lessons they share.</li>\n  <li><strong>Our service providers</strong>, who handle data only on our instructions: Amazon Web Services (servers, database and files, in the Mumbai,\n    India region), Resend (sending login-code and lesson emails), ImprovMX (forwarding emails sent to support@teetwin.ai), and Apple for purchases in the\n    App Store.</li>\n  <li><strong>Authorities</strong>, only when the law requires it.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Your data is stored in India, which may be outside your country. Where the law requires it (for example for users in the European Union), these\ntransfers are covered by our providers' standard data-protection clauses.</p>\n\n<h3>4. How long we keep it</h3>\n<ul>\n  <li>Your account, profile, body measurements, recordings, scores, lessons, reviews and reports: as long as your account exists.</li>\n  <li>Backups of the database: up to 30 days, then deleted.</li>\n  <li>Records of lesson fees and the commissions invoiced to instructors: as long as accounting and tax law requires, even after the account is\n    deleted.</li>\n  <li>Server logs: 14 days.</li>\n</ul>\n\n<h3>5. Your rights and choices</h3>\n<ul>\n  <li><strong>Delete your account</strong> at any time in the app: Account › Delete account. Your profile, body measurements, recordings, scores,\n    routines, lessons, reviews and reports are deleted, except accounting records we must keep by law.</li>\n  <li><strong>Delete only your body measurements</strong>: Account › Delete my body measurements.</li>\n  <li><strong>Block</strong> another user, and <strong>report</strong> a review or a profile, from the app.</li>\n  <li>You can also ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, to limit or object to its use, or to receive it in a portable format: write to\n    <a href=\"mailto:support@teetwin.ai\">support@teetwin.ai</a>. We answer within one month.</li>\n  <li>If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Data Protection Office of Mauritius, or to the data protection authority where you live.</li>\n</ul>\n\n<h3>6. Security</h3>\n<p>Data is always sent encrypted (HTTPS). Our database cannot be reached from the internet, backups are stored encrypted, and access is limited to what\nis needed to run TeeTwin.</p>\n\n<h3>7. Children</h3>\n<p>TeeTwin is not intended for anyone under 16. If you believe a child under 16 has created an account, write to us and we will delete it.</p>\n\n<h3>8. Changes</h3>\n<p>If we change this policy in an important way, we will tell you in the apps before the change applies.
